-----Fresh Caviar
 
----All fresh Caviar is packed fresh to order to assure maximum shelf life, and is best kept between 32 and 36 degrees F (do not freeze). This temperature should be properly maintained. Store on crushed ice, or the coldest section of your display case. Shelf life is three months after receipt from our Company and must be stored at the indicated temperature. Once opened, fresh Caviar should be enjoyed in its entirety to be at its best.
   
----Pasteurized Caviar  
----We offer affordable grades of Caviar: Keta Salmon, Golden Whitefish and Black and Red Lumpfish. These are vacuum sealed and pasteurized and do not need refrigeration. We also have vacuumed sealed and pasteurized Beluga, Osetra and Sevruga with a one year shelf life kept under refrigeration
.----Golden Whitefish Caviar
----It may be frozen for prolonged storage and protection. We recommend to keep at regular fresh Caviar temperature after delivery. (Never freeze any other Caviar)
 
----Smoked Fish  
----All our smoked fish is vacuum-packed in cryovac for long shelf life and freshness. Smoked Fish is best stored frozen but may be kept refrigerated fresh, from 28 degrees F to 38 degrees F. Store on crushed ice. Shelf life on frozen is six months and on fresh or defrosted two weeks. Once the cryovac is broken the fish should be used within three days
